• Pop up your shop in our shop @officialdebris on site during the market. No tents or racks are necessary. Guests can enter through the pink velvet ropes that lead from the market right into the side of the building or the entrance in the front is right next to the market and visible from Sunset Blvd.

• We are open every Every Friday 10am-5pm, Every Saturday 9am- 5pm and Every Sunday 10am-5pm.

• The fee is $125 per day. This enables you to set up your shop in a 10’x10’ space in order to sell your treasures.

• DeBris is an industrial style retail space.The shop is 2500 square feet and lit with built in racks, access to wifi, a Sonos sound system, two bathrooms, air-conditioning, and access to power.

• Vendors must have a representative on site to sell.

• If vendors sell all 3 days (Fri-Sun) they may leave their items set up on site throughout the weekend.

• After online booking , you will receive an email the day prior to your vending day with all info needed for your load in.

• All spots are assigned by our Manager and are non negotiable. Upon arrival you will be directed to your assigned space.

• There are no cancellations or rescheduling and pets are not allowed.

• Upon arrival please pull into the front of the market and the site rep will tell you where to unload quickly and then move your car to park it off site. Please do not set up or breakdown with your car on site as we are trying to facilitate a speedy load in and load out.

• Please no trash left behind.
