Silverlake Flea an Outdoor Marketplace
We are now open Every FRIDAY (10am-3:30pm), Every Saturday (8:30am-3:30pm) and Every Sunday (9:30am-3:30pm).
Friday’s fee is $75 and Saturdays and Sundays are $110 for a 10’x10’ space for the day.

**While we at the market realize that rain puts a damper on the day please be advised that we are a RAIN or SHINE Market. Please be prepared for Rain as we do not offer refunds. Extreme conditions with 3 days advanced requests to trade days will be considered on a case by case basis and will incur a $50 change your date fee. Please be advised that we limit amount of trades into other days so the date of your choice may not be available.
Once purchased there are NO REFUNDS and date changes must be requested at least Seven Days in advance of the market that was booked. When making a trade and the requested day is available there will be a $10 admin fee in order to make that change.
All of the load in times and details will be emailed to all vendors the day before their market (if you do not hear from us, please reach out).
The space is 10’ x 10’ We only provide the space however you may rent a tent/s, table/s and chair/s on site. The fee is $25 for a tent and $10 per 8 foot table and $10 for a chair. When you arrive, tell the on site staff that you want to rent any of our rentals so that our staff members can get that set set up for you (at the end of the day they will break it down too). If you pre-purchased any equipment listed above please have your receipt ready and alert the staff as you arrive.
If you bring your own tent It is required that all tents/canopies/umbrellas must be weighted and secured with 10 lbs per leg due to high wind. It is required to bring your own sandbags or weights for your tents. These weights are not required if you rent from us!
Secure sandbags/weights on first before setup. You are liable for all incidents, risk, personal injury and loss of property from your canopy, tent or umbrella. You are responsible for carrying appropriate insurance.
Any vendor without weights or sandbags secured to their tent will be asked to take DOWN tent no exceptions.
Please arrive at you assigned time. Be on time, if 30 MINUTES late we will think you are a no show and your spot will be taken by a standby.
Upon arrival you will be directed into your assigned space where you will be able to unload. Your spot has been predetermined and is not negotiable. Unload only no setting up racks or tents until your vehicle is off the market. Our staff will guide you to where you can park. Parking is directly behind the market.
At the end of the Market day, (but not before) vendors are able to drive back into their space to re- load their cars. You will need to pack up before you drive your car in to load
Please be advised that Everyone has to be cleared out by 4:30pm sharp.
NO SMOKING - Go off lot
Please no trash left behind or no using the big trash cans next to medical building we have trash cans inside market.
We now require Tarps to be secured in the back of booths along the fence lines. Please come prepared to set up your booth space and protect your merchandise from outside elements. This will help to create a more pleasant working and shopping environment.
Debris an Indoor Marketplace
Pop up YOUR shop in our shop in OUR Indoor Market.
No tents or racks are necessary. Guests can enter through the pink velvet ropes that lead from the Silverlake Flea market right into the side of the building or through the front entrance right on Sunset Blvd.
We are open every Every Friday 10am-5pm, Every Saturday 9am- 5pm and Every Sunday 10am-5pm.
The fee is $135 per day. This enables you to set up your shop in order to sell your treasures.
DeBris is an industrial style retail space.The shop is 2500 square feet and has built in racks as well as portable racks. You will have access to wifi, a dressing room, 2 bathrooms, power, and airconditionig. There is a Sonos sound system with all music supplied by Debris.
Vendors must have a representative on site to sell.
If vendors sell all 3 days (Fri-Sun) they may leave their items set up on site throughout the weekend.
After online booking , you will receive an email the day prior to your vending day with all info needed for your load in.
All spots are assigned by our Manager and are non negotiable. Upon arrival you will be directed to your assigned space.
There are no cancellations or rescheduling and pets are not allowed.
Upon arrival please pull into the front of the market and the site rep will tell you where to unload quickly and then move your car to park it off site. Please do not set up or breakdown with your car on site as we are trying to facilitate a speedy load in and load out.
