SELLER’S PERMIT UPLOAD

All Silverlake Flea vendors must have a valid California Seller's Permit on file.

Returning vendors: If you have not previously submitted your permit, please upload a copy using the form below. You do not need to complete a new vendor application.

New vendors: Please use our New Vendor Registration form instead, which includes the required permit upload.

If your permit is already on file, no further action is needed.
